The Quality Assessment Framework (QAF) should be completed annually by all providers for each of their services. The document below gives details of the 6 core objectives for the QAF, and should be completed as a self-assessment. Providers need to achieve at least a level C in each of these objectives, to be able to have a full contract with Supporting People.
